This dataset presents the defined tiepoints of the stratigraphic alignment between the high-resolution benthic foraminiferal (Hoeglundina elegans) δ¹⁸O record of International Ocean Discovery Program Site U1542 (52°42.292ʹS, 75°35.769ʹW; 1,101 m water depth) and the benthic foraminiferal LR04 δ¹⁸O stack of Lisiecki and Raymo (2005; https://doi.org/10.1029/2004PA001071) covering Marine Isotope Stage 12-10.
