Abstract:
All analytical data were attained from a sediment core taken in Übeschisee (46°44′ 04'' N, 07°33′ 54'' E, 641 m.a.s.l.); a shallow (17.7 m deep) kettle hole lake on the Swiss plateau. The data was collected to get a comprehensive understanding of the interaction between, algal communities, anoxia, temperature and total trophic productivity. The table contains all Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI) measurements on sediment accompanying Schmidhauser et al., 2026 (in prep). HSI data were measured between October 2023-June 2024 on UBE22-1e, using Specim PFD-CL-65-V10E line scan camera. The age spans 17 ka BP - 11 ka BP. The age - depth relationship is established by bayesian modeling of 9 14C dates, 1 tephra and 5 biostratigraphical markers
