Abstract:
DE: Der vorliegende Datensatz besteht aus fünfzehn Transkripten von Expert*inneninterviews die 2023 und 2024 im Rahmen des WP1 der internationalen Studie "Life Strategies of Young Mobile People in Ageing Societies" (LYMAS) vom deutschen Projektteam am Deutschen Zentrum für Integrations- und Migrationsforschung (DeZIM) erhoben wurden. Alle Interviews wurden online mit Expert*innen geführt, die Projekte zur Integration von Menschen mit Migrationserfahrung in die berufliche Bildung und den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt koordinieren. Themen umfassen dabei die rechtlichen Regulierungen, Hürden und Herausforderungen bei der Integration von geflüchteten und migrierten Personen in den Arbeitsmarkt sowie Themen des Fachkräftemangels und Anwerbung sowie Integration von Personen aus dem Ausland. Die Interviews sind in Deutsch geführt und anschließend transkribiert worden. Initial sind siebzehn Interviews entstanden, von denen fünfzehn zur Nachnutzung bereitgestellt werden.
EN: This dataset consists of fifteen transcripts of expert interviews conducted in 2023 and 2024 as part of WP1 of the international study 'Life Strategies of Young Mobile People in Ageing Societies' (LYMAS) by the German project team at the German Centre for Integration and Migration Research (DeZIM). All interviews were conducted online with experts who coordinate projects for the integration of people with migration experience into vocational training and the German labour market. Topics include legal regulations, obstacles and challenges in integrating refugees and migrants into the labour market, as well as issues relating to skills shortages, recruitment and the integration of people from abroad. The interviews were conducted in German and then transcribed. Initially, seventeen interviews were conducted, fifteen of which are available for reuse.
