Abstract:
This table contains all low resolution data accompanying Schouten et al., 2025 in prep. The data contains sequentially extracted fractions of P, Fe and Mn, Pigment measurements, pollen and LOI data on a 1-cm resolution. Pigment data includes both photopigments (e.g. Chl-a etc.) and carotenoid biomarkers (e.g. Alloxanthin). The age spans 11 ka BP - 15 ka BP; The age - depth relationship is establish by bayesian modeling of 23 14C dates, 2 tephras and 3 biostratigraphical markers. Data were attained between January-August 2023. All analytical data were attained from a sediment core taken in Soppensee (47.0833 N, 8.0833 E, 596 m.a.s.l.), and endorheic, small (28 m deep) lake on the Swiss plateau. Context of the findings is Swiss plateau & Central Alpine Europe. The data was collected from SOP08-3C3 and measured using ICP-MS and HPLC-DAD to get a comprehensive understanding of the interaction between, algal communities, anoxia, temperature and total trophic productivity.
