Abstract:
These datasets contain bulk sediment properties, geochemical compositions and age models for piston cores PS58/270-5, PS58/266-3 and multicore PS58/270-1 collected during R/V Polarstern expedition ANT-XVIII/5a (PS58) in 2001 (Miller, 2001). The data were generated to quantify the supply of lithogenic iron (Fe) and its effect on primary productivity in the South Pacific Antarctic Zone. More details are provided together with the individual datasets linked to this publication.
