Abstract:
EN: This study observed the grand strategy imperatives of foreign policy experts in the U.S. from the executive branch, congress, think tanks, media, and academia in Washington, D.C. in response to President Donald Trump's nationalist challenge to the post-Second World War international order concept. It also surveys these elite's attitudes about transatlantic relations, trends in world politics, and foreign policy determinants of U.S. foreign policy. The 38 english-languaged expert interviews were mostly conducted in Washington, D.C. and have been transcribed.
