Abstract:
The GIANT-REGAIN (Geodynamics In ANTarctica based on REprocessing GNSS dAta Initiative) project aimed to reprocess and provide consistent GPS time series of all available GPS stations on bedrock in Antarctica from 1995 to 2021. Here we provide the combined GPS time series of 286 GPS sites from the individual processings of four analysis centres. The dataset contains station wise coordinate time series in the IGS14 reference frame with daily resolution, presented in tab-delimited text files. Each file is named using the following convention <station_id>_GR2023_xyz_comb.tab. The <station_id> is a unique identifier for the GPS station within this dataset consisting of the four character site code and the IERS domes code (if assigned to the station), <GR2023> refers to the GIANT-REGAIN project, <xyz> denotes the coordinate solution, and <comb> indicates that the time series is a combination of data from the four analysis centres. The parameters (columns) are explained in the associated file 0_parameter_table.tab.
