Abstract:
The data describes plant gas exchange dynamics and isotopic signatures of respiration, tissues and compounds of Pinus sylvestris seedlings exposed to a control, heat and combined drought-heat treatement as well as a recovery period. The experiment was performed in individual tree chambers in a scientific glasshouse facility at KIT IMK-IFU Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.
