Supplementary Table S1. Transcriptomic sequencing data summary. CG: The TBP concentration in the control groups, GC1-3: blank control without TBP and DMSO, CG4-6: solvent control with only DMSO) was 0 mg L-1; T1:Treatment group 1 was exposed to a TBP concentration of 0.4 mg L-1;T2: treatment group 2 was exposed to a TBP concentration of 0.8 mg L-1; T3: treatment group 3 was exposed to a TBP concentration of 1.2 mg L-1.Clean_bases, the number of bases in clean reads after filtering; Q30, the percentage of bases with a Qphred value > 30 as a percentage of the total number of bases; Total mapped reads, the number of sequences mapped to the genome; Uniquely mapped reads, the number of sequences with unique alignment positions on the reference genome.
