Comment:
The photos were acquired by AUV ABYSS (REMUS 6000 Type) in two different surveys: During Abyss196_SO242/1_83_1 (line spacing 5 m) photos were acquired in 7 m altitude, whereas during Abyss199_SO242/1_102_1 (line spacing 4 m) the survey altitude was decreased to 4.5 m for increased resolution. The mosaics were geo-referenced using the ArcGIS 10.2 Georeferencing Toolbox based on the AUV-acquired Side Scan Sonar map (https://doi.pangaea.de/10.1594/PANGAEA.905617). The plough marks resolved in the hydro acoustic and optical data were used as reference features.
