These are the offsets for Holes U1337A, U1337B,U1337C, and U1337D between mbsf (metres below seafloor) and rmcd (revised metres composite depth) for each core.
The relevant core for each row is given in the lefthand "Core number" column
Add the core-specific offset to the mbsf scale to convert to the rmcd scale.
