Abstract:
Two short pollen profiles, FRK III and FRK IV, are combined in a single submission. Each short monolith consists of mineral soil and overlying blanket bog. Pollen analytical investigations were carried out with a view to investigating development of blanket bog within the Connemara National Park at Letterfrack, Co. Galway. Data have been partially published in O'Connell (1990).
