Objective

Mapping the distribution of established and radioactive markers in the English Channel and the Irish Sea, in water and sediments. Estimating the fluxes of these markers in water, identifying and quantifying the deposit zones, assessing transit time and mixing process of water bodies and of sediments (transfer from the Atlantic and the Irish Sea towards the Channel and Pas-de-Calais (Dover Straits area) in particular).
