Abstract:
In this dataset, we measured copepod abundance in response to increased temperature and fish thermal plasticity estimated as the total number of copepods (count) identified throughout the mesocosm experiment conducted in 2019 at the AWISOM mesocosm facility of the Wadden Sea Station Sylt.
