The data are part of a larger seep dataset comprising complementary geochemical and molecular measurements. Associated data are available through the Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO), including the dataset available under DOI 10.26008/1912/bco-dmo.959765.1. 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data are available through the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA; PRJEB97184).
