Abstract:	This dataset contains measurements of lipid biomarkers, disaccharides, monosaccharides, amino acids, and total organic carbon (TOC) in sediments and pore fluids collected from a cold seep at Astoria Canyon, Cascadia Margin, Oregon, USA. The data are part of a larger seep dataset comprising complementary geochemical and molecular measurements. Associated data are available through the Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO), including the dataset available under DOI 10.26008/1912/bco-dmo.959765.1. 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data are available through the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA; PRJEB97184). The data presented here are archived in PANGAEA and comprise measurements of lipid biomarkers, carbohydrates, amino acids, and total organic carbon in the analyzed sediment and pore-fluid samples.
