Merian in July and August 2024, sediment samples were collected using a minituarized multicorer (Mini-MUC) at 12 stations across three fjords in SE Greenland: Sermilik, Sikuijvitteq and Kangerlussuatsiaq. The MUC cores were sliced into 1 cm segments from 1-4 cm sediment depth, 2 cm segments from 4-10 cm, and 3 cm segments below (to a maximum depth of 25 cm). Pore-water analyses were conducted for dissolved iron (dFe), dissolved manganese (dMn), sulfate (SO42-), sulfide (H2S), silicate (SiO2), phosphate (PO4³-), ammonium (NH4+), anddissolved inorganic carbon (DIC).</description></descriptions><geoLocations><geoLocation><geoLocationBox><westBoundLongitude>-44.07783999999998</westBoundLongitude><eastBoundLongitude>-37.856600000000014</eastBoundLongitude><southBoundLatitude>60.46479</southBoundLatitude><northBoundLatitude>65.84812</northBoundLatitude></geoLocationBox></geoLocation></geoLocations><fundingReferences><fundingReference><funderName>German Research Foundation</funderName><funderIdentifier funderIdentifierType="Crossref Funder ID">https://doi.org/10.13039/501100001659</funderIdentifier><awardNumber>490822598</awardNumber><awardTitle>FjordeFect</awardTitle></fundingReference></fundingReferences></resource>
