Snow accumulation is determined by calculating the water equivalent in snow pits and soundings, while ice melt is measured using ablation stakes. Results include the annual net mass balance, total accumulation and ablation, equilibrium line altitude and the specific mass balances per year and per winter- and summer season. <br/>The project is funded by the Hydrological Service federal state of Salzburg.<br/>New data will be added every year.</description></descriptions><geoLocations><geoLocation><geoLocationPoint><pointLongitude>12.58722</pointLongitude><pointLatitude>47.13194000000009</pointLatitude></geoLocationPoint></geoLocation></geoLocations></resource>
