comprises 200 semi-quantitative records for 50 benthic invertebrate taxa and fish derived from four Agassiz trawl samples. The semi-quantitative data represent four categories of taxon occurrence frequency: 0 = absent, 1 = rare, 2 = common, and 3 = very common. Samples were collected on the continental shelf and slope near Kapp Norvegia (eastern Weddell Sea, Antarctica) at water depths ranging from 224 to 1,065 m during RV Polarstern cruise PS152 (WOBEC) in 2025/2026.<br/>Weddell Sea Observatory of Biodiversity and Ecosystem Change (WOBEC) is funded under the European Union's flagship programme BiodivMon, coordinated within Biodiversa+, the European Biodiversity Partnership (grant no.
