All measurements were done within the vicinity of the footprint of the onboard microwave radiometers installed for the VAMPIRE project (https://doi.org/10.1594/PANGAEA.990496), that is, in about 25 m distance to the port bow of Polarstern mostly measured along T-shaped transects with side lengths of 5 to 7 meters, further refined in the "Location" column. For more information about these measurements the user is referred to Chapter 6.4 of the cruise report (https://doi.org/10.57738/BZPM_0794_2025).</description></descriptions><geoLocations><geoLocation><geoLocationBox><westBoundLongitude>42.983087</westBoundLongitude><eastBoundLongitude>-150.66699</eastBoundLongitude><southBoundLatitude>84.49375</southBoundLatitude><northBoundLatitude>89.958889</northBoundLatitude></geoLocationBox></geoLocation></geoLocations><fundingReferences><fundingReference><funderName>Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research, Bremerhaven</funderName><funderIdentifier funderIdentifierType="Crossref Funder ID">https://doi.org/10.13039/501100003207</funderIdentifier><awardNumber>AWI_PS144_06</awardNumber><awardTitle>SeaIcePhys.
