This dataset compiles geochemical parameters and sedimentological characteristics of 3 gravity cores (up to 64 cm) and 11 grab samples of Kanivaliuraq lagoon – Ptarmigan Bay on the Yukon mainland coast. Samples were collected during the Yukon Coast expedition in summer 2018. Geochemical parameters of the 126 samples include organic carbon and nitrogen (TOC, TN), as well as stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes (δ13C-TOC, δ15N-TN). Sedimentological characteristics include measurements of surface area, OC loading, as well as contents of clay, silt, and sand. ** For all details see the full metadata description at "https://doi.pangaea.de/10.1594/PANGAEA.993391"!
