Abstract:
Rates of carbon fixation at 1C and 10 µmol photons m-2 s-1 based on 14C-enriched incubations (see Nielsen et al. 1952 for details and calculations) from 20m water depth or the Chl-a maximum (when present) during the MOSAiC (PS122) drift expedition in the central Arctic Ocean. Samples were collected via CTD rosette casts between October 2019 and October 2020, methods are described in Hoppe et al. (2024).
