Data collection began in 2019 and will be continued with yearly updates. The dataset was produced within an intercomparison exercise designed to evaluate differences between the geodetic, glaciological, and semi-direct methods for determining glacier mass balance. High-resolution elevation models generated from UAV surveys enable precise estimation of annual surface changes.
