Abstract:
The data comprises processed active-source seismic data acquired with land seismometers. The data were collected in the Atacama Desert in connection with expedition SO297 with the research vessel RV SONNE (doi:10.48433/cr_so297) offshore Taltal, north-central Chile (map under further details). The entire data set consists of 13 land seismometers. Seismic data were shot offshore in one profile. Each land station consists of 3 channels (channel 1: horizontal component 1; channel 2: horizontal component 2; channel 3: vertical component).

trace-count (tracr, byte : 1) shotpoint number (byte: 17-20), as defined for the entire cruise SO297 (see cruise report for local shot-point and survey association)
