Abstract:
Water samples at different depths were analysed in Bergen (Norway) to measure oxygen in seawater (umol/kg) and trace elements (Mn, Ca and Mn/Ca ratio) from cruise conducted in 2021 (KB2021620), 2022 (KB2022602) and 2023 (GS2023001003). We used oxygen from seawater to calculate oxygen saturation and the Apparent Oxygen Utilisation (AOU) using the gsw_O2sol toolkit for python.
