Abstract:
This dataset contains the fractional abundances of each plant taxa from the vegetations plots of the TUSDB. The fractional abundances are expressed in %, the plant taxa as pollen types. If the associated pollen type is identified at the family or genus levels, the plant taxa are aggregated at the same level of identification.
