Abstract:
This table contains the geographical and ecological settings of the Tajik-Uzbek Surface Data Base (TUSDB) sites with latitude, longitude, altitude (m a.s.l.), year of sampling, Country (Uzbekistan or Tajikistan), the main geographical units, the vegetation type (based on ecosystem description observed on the field), the biome (extracted from Dinerstein et al., 2017), palynologist (name of the analysist counting the pollen samples), the dominant taxa in vegetation (based on the major taxa measured on the vegetation plots) and proxy (P = pollen sample, V = vegetation plot, PV = both have been made on the same site).
