Abstract:

This is the water column multibeam data collected during cruise MSM131 using the hull-mounted Multibeam Echosounder Kongsberg EM122 (2 by 2 degrees with ice window). This data collection includes the transits from Reykjavik to the Svalbard region, the surveys, and the transit back to Emden. The swath width was set to 130 degrees. Depth mode was set to auto which affects the resolution of the Water Column Data based on the depth. Data was logged using the .WCD format from Kongsberg Maritime. Raw Multibeam Data was also recorded and integrated into PANGAEA as separate dataset.
