Abstract:
The dataset comprises the results of measured total organic carbon (TOC, 53 samples), and for total nitrogen (TN, 30 samples) from sediment core EN20001, retrieved from Lake Khamra, SW Yakutia. The sedimentological analytics were performed in the Sediment laboratory at AWI Potsdam, Germany. TOC was measured using a soliTOC cube analyzer (Elementar Analysensysteme GmbH, Germany), TN was measured using a TruMac CNS elemental analyzer (LECO, Germany).
This study was additionally supported by a short-term grant (not numbered) from AWI Graduate School (POLMAR), and PhD Completion Scholarship (not numbered) provided by University of Potsdam.
