Conducted using Bacon (version 4.1.1) for the R programming software. Model A: based on C-14 only; Model B: based on radiocarbon, parameter settings derived from information of the varve chronology (VT-99); Model C: based on radiocarbon dates and VT-99 as normal-distributed tie-points; Model D: segmented into four sections: section 1 and 3 are based on VT-99, sections 2 and 4 are based on Bacon models.
