Abstract:
This dataset contains microscopic diatom counts from the sediment core EN18224-4, retrieved from Lake Satagay in Nyurbinsky District, Central Yakutia. The results include counts of diatom valves observed from 10 samples, total number of counted diatoms, diatom species richness and diatom valve concentration per g sediment mass, all analysed in the diatom laboratory at AWI Potsdam, Germany.
