Abstract:
This Dataset serves as supplementary table S2 for our publication (Farfan et al, 2021). It contains all of the mineralogical, oxygen isotope, and Kentucky Lake environmental data compiled for the study, set into nacre-transect space defined by the SIMS-pits taken during oxygen isotope analyses.

The pearls are cut in half and the data is sub-sampled from those timeframes. The pearls themselves were collected at the latest 'Approximate Date' for each transect, namely 1996-10-16 for Pearl 1, 1996-09-30 for Pearl 2, 2002-11-25 for Pearl 3.
"T:L" in last 4 columns relates to Translational (T) and Librational (L) Raman spectroscopy modes in carbonates.
