Abstract:
The LOI method allows us to estimate the organic matter and carbonate content of lake sediments. LOI analysis was performed on the IZN19-15 and IZN19-24 cores with a 10-cm sampling interval all along the sequence, following the protocol described by Heiri et al., (2001; doi:10.1023/A:1008119611481).
