Abstract:
Phytoplankton and ice algae samples were collected in July and August 2010 in the Chukchi Sea. Total and size-fractionated chlorophylla, algal species and counts were measured. The data were used to interpret the algal community structure associated with the algal bloom and nutrient drawdown in the Chukchi Sea.
