Abstract:
To obtain signatures of local adaptation and phenotypic plasticity in pipefish originating from different salinity levels we measured targeted gene expression levels. This dataset contains -deltaCT values obtained from real time PCR on a fluidigm chip for all female pipefish and targeted genes used in this experiment.
