Branched glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraethers (brGDGTs) were analyzed in 54 samples to reconstruct the mean annual air temperatures (MAAT) during the Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum (PETM) from Point Margaret, Australia.
