Corrected δ18O data includes correction for seawater (equilibrated + 0.64 ‰).
The B/Ca ratio (in μmol/mol) of C. wuellerstorfi was converted to [CO₃²⁻] using the species specific core top calibration of Yu and Elderfield (2007). Calcite saturation state was calculated for ODP Site 208-1267 and was quality checked against data generated from core top and Holocene aged sediments not used in the original calibration of Yu and Elderfield (2007). The hydrographic data for ODP Site 208-1267 that was used for carbonate system calculations were gathered from the GLODAP version 2 dataset (Lavuset et al., 2016).
