Abstract:
The Deep-sea Sponge Microbiome Project is a large-scale study, integrating 16S amplicon sequencing data of seawater, sediment, and sponges, with a large set of ecological and physical metadata. The present dataset includes NCBI-accession numbers, sample collection details, and diverse measurements, adding up to 50 entries for each of the 1546 covered samples.
