Comment:
δ¹⁸O, δ²H and deuterium excess (dexc) values in in the ice wedge ice (IW) and segregated ice (SI) lenses of the Yun'yaga peatland, Vorkuta region, and in the ice wedge ice from the exposure at the mouth of the Ngarka–Tambyaha River.
Hydrogen and oxygen isotope ratios (δ¹⁸O and δ²H) in ice and snow (sampled in 2004 and 2005) were measured in the Isotope Laboratory of the Vienna Arsenal Center (Prof. D. Rank, Dr W. Papesch and M. Körner). Analytical precision was ±0.1‰ for δ¹⁸O and ±1‰ for δ²H. Stable isotope ratios in ice and snow sampled in 2018 were analyzed in the stable isotope laboratory of the Geography Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Prof. Y.Vasil'chuk and Dr N. Budantseva) using a Finnigan Delta-V Plus mass spectrometer applying equilibration techniques. International water standards (SMOW, GRESP and SLAP) were used for calibration. Analytical precision was ±0.4‰ for δ¹⁸O and ±1‰ for δ²H.
