Abstract:
This dataset contains raw coccolith size data and calculated parameters (Coccolith volume index and Aspect ratio) of the genus Helicosphaera at DSDP Site 525 during the past 15 million years. Data was collected using the optical method described in Beaufort et al., 2014 (doi:10.1038/nprot.2014.028). Each measured coccolith is identified to the morphospecies-level.
