Abstract:
In the species_probs_per_resolution file you will find 10 csv files. For each modelled resolution one file. The file indicates the basin ID and the predicted habitat suitability for each of the 50 species. In the Master_basins-Files you will find the geopackages for each resolution. This gives you the spatial arrangement of each basin and the ID of each basin.
Basins were created in GRASS-GIS using the r.watershed command and the number behind the basin files indicates the threshold used in r.watershed to create the basins.
