Abstract:
Ichthyolith counts (>38µm) and calculated ichthyolith accumulation rates determined in this study.
Age was determined using oxygen isotope stratigraphies derived from benthic foraminifera after Mackensen and Ehrmann 1992 (Table 3) and adjusted to GTS 2012 (see Table S9, this study, doi:10.1594/PANGAEA.910675).
Sediment dry bulk density was was obtained from JANUS Database - http://web.iodp.tamu.edu/janusweb/physprops/maddat.cgi?leg=120&site=748 and linearly interpolated between measurements. Variable vs. constant DBD does not make a significant difference in calcualations of IAR (See supplement to: Sibert et al. 2014).
