Included is the R script used in the analyses done in the paper. The environmental data layers used in these analyses are available upon request - they are publically available but we can save you time in the download/processing. The files are very large and cannot be uploaded here, however. Giant panda presence data is restricted due to their threatened status. Get in touch with us to see if we can get you access to some or all.
