Abstract:
Surface and core top mineral data for sites in Baffin Bay, northern Labrador Sea, and Nares Strait The submission consists of a list of minerals identified in the X-ray diffraction whole pattern program Rockjock v6 (Eberl, 2003), see "Further details"; Surface and core top mineral wt% identified by latitude and longitude (Dataset 1) containing region id., Cluster ids (mineral facies) for each site and the mineral facies based on the centered logratio transformation (transformed centered logratio values). Dataset 2 contains R scipts for analyses using data in two Tables: Mineral weight% data and Mineral facies.
