Abstract:
We analysed water samples taken during the Polarstern PS106 cruise with HPLC technique to retrieve phytoplankton pigment concentrations. We further used these data to obtain major phytoplankton groups following the diagnostic pigment analysis. All the details are described in the related publication by Zeppenfeld et al. (2019).
