Plates 1 to 28 and plates 49 to 57 are printed in black/white/grey. Plates 29 to 48 are anaglyph 3D images, printed in red/cyan for stereoscopic 3D view with colored glasses. Images were digitized from the report and stored in jpg-format with moderate compression (file size between 500 to 900 kb).
