Percent abundance data for taxa used in the summed coefficient of variation calculations. Samples given are the interpolated samples at 13 kyr even spacing using the age model for ODP Site 1209 of Westerhold et al. (2018) (see Methods, raw sample numbers against depth and age in Data table E). Abundance data utilised in Figure 3a and Extended Data Figure 2. Scv from this data shown in Figure 1c, 1d, 2, 3b, Extended Data Figure 3a. Note that because these abundances are only the most abundant data and the ones used in the Scv calculations, the abundances do not sum to 100.
