Abstract:
Seawater temperatures in the Kiel Fjord at 1.5 m depth. Daily means , daily min and daily max values for the period 2000-2014 are represented. A generalized additive mixed model (GAMM) was fitted to the time series, including its 95 % confidence interval. The 2009 temperature curve is presented as this was used as the reference temperature treatment in the presented experiment.
