This datafile presents peat accumulation rates for Store Mosse and the neighbouring Draftinge Mosse in southern Sweden. In addition the organic and inorganic chemistry data for Store Mosse dating back to 8900 cal yr BP is presented. This includes data used in a Principal Component Analysis of the organic matter which is based on carbon, nitrogen, delta13C, delta15N, degree of peat humification and carbohydrate/lignin and carbohydrate/aliphatic ratios. Data from key parameters describing the inorganic content are also given namely, Al Mass Accumulation Rates, La/Lu Gd/Lu and [Eu/Eu*]UCC data.
