The full resolution mosaic contains more than 15 billion pixels. It is divided in 71 tiles of 15,000x15,000 pixels. A lower resolution version of the mosaic is also provided in order to facilitate the viewing of the entire mosaic. This version contains about 300 million pixels and is divided in 2 tiles. The resolution is about 50 times lower than that of the full resolution mosaic. For both versions of the mosaic, the mosaic tiles are georeferenced and saved in the GeoTIFF format. Each tile contains a geotag and can be directly imported in any GIS program.
